Forge ("Platform") is a social commerce platform that allows users to share content, purchase products and services, and interact with other users in the field of sports, health, and fitness. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Forge operates as a platform mediating between sellers and buyers. Forge cannot be held directly responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or any damage of the content, products, or services offered by sellers. Sellers are completely legally responsible for the content they share.
Individuals and organizations selling content, programs, or services through the platform declare: • That the information they share is accurate and up to date. • That titles like "Dietitian", "Doctor", "Physiotherapist" can only be used if they hold a valid license. • That they cannot publish misleading, exaggerated, or medical claim-containing content. • That they are completely responsible for any damage arising from content contrary to these rules.
Users may use the platform only for lawful purposes. Insults, hate speech, misleading information, or sharing another person's personal data without permission is prohibited. Such violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
A 2% service fee applies to physical product sales and a 5% service fee applies to digital service/program sales. Business subscriptions and special campaigns are shown separately on the product surface. Payments are processed through licensed payment providers; Forge does not directly store sensitive payment details such as card numbers.
Users declare that they own the copyright of the content they upload to the platform. Forge reserves the right to exhibit the uploaded content for in-platform use without licensing fees. Sales or transfers to third parties are not made.
Forge reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms without warning. Users can delete their account at any time; data belonging to deleted accounts is removed from the system within 30 days.
