Fitness activity, body measurements, and health-related data are considered "special category personal data" under privacy regulations (KVKK/GDPR). This data is processed with your explicit consent and only as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, payment/infrastructure provider processing, and sharing features you choose.
Forge processes the following types of data: • Name, email, phone number (account creation) • Location data (map and check-in features) • Fitness activity data (steps, workouts, weight, etc.) • Content interactions (likes, comments, shares) • Device information and app usage statistics
• Managing and personalizing the account • Providing map, matching, and content recommendations • Executing sales and payment transactions • Ensuring platform security and preventing fraud • Fulfilling legal obligations
Your personal data is not sold. It may be shared as necessary with: • Payment, authentication, hosting, notification, security, and support providers • Legal obligations or competent authority requests • With your explicit consent or through public profile/seller features you choose
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Personal data is removed from the system within 30 days after an account deletion request. Records required by legal obligation (invoices, transaction history) are kept for the period required by regulation.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers. In case of suspected security breach, affected users will be informed within 72 hours.
